Adelio Syrah
Syrah, also known as Shiraz, is a famous wine that probably has its origins in Persia. It was introduced in Italy in 1828, and since then, it has been widely grown in the whole Country. Adelio is an intense Syrah with a tannic but well-balanced palate.

Geographical area of cultivation: Espalier-trained on the hills of central- western Sicily at an altitude of approximately 300-350 m.a.s.l.
Soil Type: Medium-textured clayey soils. Cropping level 80 q.
Grape variety: 100% Syrah.
Harvest time: First two decades of September.
Winemaking: Medium-long maceration at a controlled temperature of 22-24°C. in 250 hl stainless steel fermenting vats. Refinement in stainless steel tanks and bottle.
Colour: Scarlet red
Nose: Intense and well-fruited, with spice scents.
Palate: Tannin-rich with a well-balanced and long finish.
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% ABV
Serving suggestions: Syrah is an excellent pairing to red meats and game.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C
